Alas, my skills aren’t great but I have a very specific thing I can offfer a little time on, in exchange for guidance in how exactly to do it:
Gnomoradio wants to revamp their whole application in XUL and I think that’s a great idea. Folding something like that into Flock/Fox — presumably as a plugin — is, I think, right up your alley.
Matt
(I sent you an eml with the same stuff, just in case)

I have been called the Pedantic Tester from Heck. I used to be a developer (software and web design) and then QA/usability tester (software / websites / firmware) but had to retire on health grounds (I have multiple sclerosis) but could be really useful as a user tester (QA and usability) if flexible hours are OK!

Can’t code, can’t script, and i’ve only been marginally successful at getting WordPress to do the things I want it to do. I learn a little more each day by picking it apart and bending it to do my bidding.
But if you need someone to give you an honest opinion on aesthetics and useability, I’m your guy.

Hi Flockr’s,
I finally upgraded from my Vic20/C64-300bps combination and applied for a small loan to start something called an ISP but was rejected due to the absurdity of my proposal. So I then partnered with a hardware mfg and started our own ISP. 1500 connections first weekend, 15,000 after 2 months. Web Design Company, IT Consulting firm, Retail PC Shop, SCO CNE MSCE CCNA engineers. Now I just surf the net and enjoy tinkering with my own designs. Currently working on a layer to sit in-between RSS and OPML.
